1. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

All new customers are eligible for a full refund if they are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of their subscription. This applies to:

  • SecuredSave subscriptions
  • SecuredFitness subscriptions
  • Secured ERP subscriptions
  • All monthly and annual plans

Conditions for Refund:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Custom development services
  • Third-party integration costs
  • Training and consulting services
  • Services consumed beyond the 30-day window

2. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime without penalty
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current month
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime, but refunds are prorated only within the first 30 days
  • After 30 days, access continues until the end of your annual term
  • No refunds for unused portion after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Renewals can be disabled to prevent automatic charges

How to Cancel:

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Going to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Contacting our support team at support@securedall.com
  • Calling our support line (for enterprise customers)

3. Data Export & Account Deletion

Upon cancellation, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Data Export: Download all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) at any time
  • Grace Period: 30-day grace period after cancellation to export your data
  • Data Deletion: After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • Backup Deletion: Encrypted backups are deleted within 90 days
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss

4. Plan Downgrades

You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You continue to have full access to your current plan until then
  • No refunds for the difference in plan pricing
  • Some features may become unavailable after downgrade
  • You can upgrade again at any time

5. Subscription Pauses

For enterprise customers, we offer subscription pause options:

  • Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
  • Your data remains secure and accessible (read-only mode)
  • Reduced fee during pause period
  • Resume at any time without data loss
  • Contact our enterprise team to arrange a pause

6. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a payment fails:

  • We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment
  • You have 7 days to update your payment method
  • After 7 days, your account will be suspended (read-only access)
  • After 30 days, your account may be permanently deleted
  • No refunds for partial months of service

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
  • Wire Transfer: 10-15 business days
