7. Limitation of Liability

SecuredALL's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. SecuredALL may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

SecuredALL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
