1. Agreement
These terms govern access to websites and software services provided by SecuredAll. By using a service, creating an account, or accepting an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown at purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring your users comply with these terms.
3. Authorized use
You may use our products only for lawful purposes and only against applications, accounts, devices, and data you are authorized to test or access. You may not bypass service limits, interfere with our systems, distribute malware, resell access without permission, or use the service to violate another party's rights.
4. Testing responsibility
Automated tests can create requests, consume resources, and, when explicitly authorized, modify test data. You are responsible for choosing suitable environments, permissions, credentials, scope, and backups. Features that submit forms or test mutations must be used only where you have authority to do so.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the price, allowance, and renewal period shown at checkout. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes payment, tax, invoices, and applicable refunds. You may cancel renewal at any time; access generally continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you provide. You grant SecuredAll the limited right to process that data as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
7. Intellectual property
SecuredAll and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, documentation, designs, and trademarks. No ownership is transferred by access to the service.
8. Service changes
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect paid use. Preview and experimental features may change or be withdrawn.
9. Warranties and liability
The services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated findings and generated tests require professional judgment and are not a guarantee that an application is defect-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuredAll is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
