Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription services provided by SecuredAll Private Limited, including AegisRunner. Our payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of your purchase.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision. You may do so by emailing billing@aegisrunner.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. Refunds are issued using the same means of payment as your initial transaction, at no additional cost to you.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations can be made through your account settings dashboard
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@aegisrunner.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription plan
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days

Plan Changes

When upgrading or downgrading your plan:

  • Upgrades: The price difference will be prorated and charged immediately
  • Downgrades: Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle

Free Plan

Our Free plan does not require payment information and can be used indefinitely within the free tier limits. No refund is applicable for free accounts. If you upgrade from a free plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your paid subscription.
